Type Tested Switchboards
PDC can design and build type tested (AS3439-1) switchboards, up to form 4b. PDC has supplied type-tested switchboards for large projects such as the Hamilton Riverside Casino and the Waikato Rugby Stadium.

ELGAN MODULE is a patented three-dimensional panel board construction system. It is fully type tested in accordance with IEC 60439-1 equivalent to BS 5486 part 1. The modular design not only permits easy assembly, but also accommodates design changes after commissioning.

In addition to Low Voltage Type Tested Modular Enclosures, the company manufactures 19” Cabinets, Instant Panels, Terminal Boxes and Wall Mounted Boxes in both Mild (IP65) and Stainless (IP66) Steel.
As part of the system, Inserts enable configuration of panels to form 2, form 3, or form 4. The system allows for installation of equipment from any manufacturer.
