As a trusted and proven supplier to the New Zealand Electrical Industry, Vynco Industries has recently undergone Seismic (vibration) tests on both the MDB and ELGAN Switchboard systems.

The tests were carried out on the vibration table at VIPAC Engineers & Scientists facility in Melbourne.

The testing was conducted in accordance with - AS60068.3.3-2003 “Environmental testing – Seismic test methods for equipment”

Both the MDB and ELGAN systems were tested to the following vibration levels (test parameters) –
Vertical - 0.63Gpk (6.19m/s²).
Horizontal - 1.26Gpk (12.38m/s²).
        
At the completion of the test there was no evidence of any damage or wear on the switchboard modules that would impair the functionality of the MDB or ELGAN Switchboard Systems.
